game clearwater has given me the worst service ever, they don't even answer their phone when you call, how can anyone run such a big entity with such a team of people , no wonder they are closing down not even 1 star is for them

i had the worst service ever, i am an adult female and have bought a hisense chest freezer on black friday at the clearwater branch, , i was told that they do not have any stock in the shop and it will be delivered on the 28th of november when it came to my place in newclare, the driver did not want to wait with my husband to see if all was okay he just left after coming home i saw that there was a massive dent on the side of the chest freezer and i phoned the driver he told me to contact the store which is clearwater after phoneing and sending emails i was not assisted according and the matter just escalated from day to day, and on top of all this i must always phone in to find out what are they going to do next, this matter went from the call centre back to the clearwater branch and i am still stuck with the damange goods, after being told the turnaround time was 24-48 hours, i am so furious and will never ever buy anything from game even if the give it for nothing to me, i had the worst experience ever and the date today 07/12/2023 i am still stuck with the damange goods??? i don't even want to give them 1 star
