Bought some school shoes for my house help's children(who were not with us) The 2 younger kids are size 4 but the ones we took did not fit when the mother got home late Friday15th. I tried to report this to Woodmead branch but could not get them by telephone...just rings and rings NO EMAIL available but finally tel answered late Sunday Asked for manager: "Which one?" Clothing. That tel. rang and rang I am in med practice and gave up. The maid and child will arrive at shop this morning (Tues 19) to hopefully exchange shoes or get refund
