Good Afternoon, I want to to check the time you are closing so that I can come to do the simswap

Worst service ever!! Went there last year hoping to get a phone on contract with them, so while processing the application I noticed some things that was not explained to me by the guy who was helping me. So I asked him to cancel everything. The store manager and the guy agreed that it is going to be cancelled but they never did. I have been dropping them emails asking them to resolve the matter but they don't respond. Recently I got a call from credit collectors saying I should make an arrangement to pay a phone that I never took.
