They are so helpful.On the 30th of November I was there waiting for the logistic company to take my belongings. I was there from 7am in the morning till 5pm. The transport I hired and paid it full amount didn't come. I tried to call the logistic company, calls went straight to answering machine. I wrote them whatsapp asking them where are they, they just blue tick me. The lady who is working there tried to call them many times. Until she decided to email them because I was there the whole day without food.. They bought me food there trying to calm me.At 16:45 pm the lady there assist me to find another storage since it was my last day there and my space was already booked for the 1st of December.East London self storage is the best. . They derseve 5 star. If you have something you don't understand they explain to you. They are always willing to help.How can I forgot this their hard work trying to help me went to deaf ears because they did not answer the email of the lady., even a phone call nothing. Because she left a message in the answering machine.
