Standard Bank's customer service is appalling. We've been trying to speak to the Branch Manager in Brooklyn, Pretoria, but cannot get through to the number. When we have phoned the general number, an automated voice gives various options but not that we want. Now, we'll have to go to the branch where, in the past, the manager has not been willing to talk to us.
